Delivery Options

Different Delivery options are clearly defined while adding to cart and at the time of the checkout. Each option has its price mentioned after you choose your state of delivery. Various delivery options with their limitations are

Trucking

We use reliable trucking companies with and without a tail gate offloading. Unless mentioned the charges of shipping are inclusive of tail lift gate offloading and residential delivery with merchandise to outside your door.

Trucking companies pick the goods from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days from the date of your confirmed online order with payment credited to our account. Transit times differ based on your Zip code of delivery. Generally the transit period would range from 1 to 6 days to most parts of the Continent (except Alaska and Hawaii) but we cannot guarantee the transit period.

Zip codes with limited delivery shall be subject to higher charges and longer duration.

Additional charge Invoice shall be emailed to you if you ask for any of the Exclusions. You are bound to pay these charges unless you have the same in written from us prior to the dispatch of the merchandise.

Ground Shipping

We use reliable ground shipping companies like UPS/FedEx etc for shipping of merchandise that is not eligible for Trucking and is clearly defined in the mode of shipping at the time checkout.

Ground Shipping companies pick the goods from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days from the date of your confirmed online order with payment credited to our account. Transit times differ based on your Zip code of delivery. Generally the transit period would range from 1 to 6 days to most parts of the Continent (except Alaska and Hawaii) but we cannot guarantee the transit period.

Zip codes with limited delivery shall be subject to higher charges and longer duration.

WAREHOUSE PICKUPS

We provide the option of a warehouse self/arranged pickup from our warehouses. The Pickup from the warehouse(s) is pre-appointed in written from Monday to Friday (Business Working Days) from 10 AM to 3:30PM (Eastern and Pacific Time) based on which warehouse one is picking the merchandise from.

The pick orders are sent to you for warehouse pickup by email and these pre-appointments cannot be immediate so please be patient. We need to look into the safety of our customers thus only under approval of the warehouse we shall inform you the most suitable time slot. Warehouse address and contact information is provided to you by email only along with the PO for your online/offline order subject to payment credit and pre-appointment approval. Under no circumstances will the warehouse will allow you to enter without verification of your identity related with the PO for your merchandise.

SHIPPING RATES

All shipping rates clearly mentioned at the time of the checkout have been calculated based on the best shipping practice including Door Delivery and Residential Delivery Charges. Based on mode of shipping the particular merchandise has been categoriesed you shall be able to view the charges and the mode at the time of checkout. If your state is not mentioned in the charges do feel free to contact us.

All the above charges are additional and need to be qualified in written before the dispatch of goods/merchandise.

MUTIPLE PACKAGES

If your order contains more than one item(s) Home Tandoor may deliver by shipping the order from various locations as a result you may receive multiple packages. Charges for shipping as calculated at the time of the checkout shall be charged.

P.O.BOX, APO and FPO ADDRESSES DELVIERY

We do not deliver the goods/merchandise to P.O. BOX, APO and FPO through online orders. If you have placed an online order for the above mentioned addresses we shall either ask for extra charges (if any) or simply refund and cancel your order. As per postal regulations some heavy items cannot be shipped to P.O. Box, APO or FPO Addresses. Call us to arrange shipping on the mentioned addresses.

ORDER TRACKING

If you choose Trucking or Ground Shipping as your shipping method your order will be delivered by a third-party shipping provider. These carriers offer order tracking service which allows you to monitor your package as it makes its way to its final address.

When your order has been shipped you will receive an email shipping confirmation containing a tracking number.

If you misplace your shipping tracking confirmation, please write to info@hometandoor.com with the order number / PO Number and we shall do our best to revert back to you.

DELAYS

We process your online/offline order the same day (when received before 11AM) and inform the shipping/logistics companies that might take a day or two to pick the merchandise. All orders received after 11AM on business days shall be processed the next business day. Delays caused by the logistics/shipping companies are not controlled by us.

Weather sometimes poses a threat to the safety of the shipping/logistics companies personnel and the companies need to adhere to the safety of the employees thus during bad weather conditions expect delays in pickups and transits.

FREE DELIVERY

Promotional schemes sometimes offer free delivery and it shall be on the discretion of the management as to what type of shipping mode to use for the same. We do not provide shipping time for FREE DELIVERY items and try that they are sent to you in the earliest time span possible.

OUTSIDE US AND CANADA DELIVERY

We only ship on continent US and buyers across the globe arrange their own pickups from our warehouse in the US or we deliver to a US continent address of the buyer or his appointed warehouse. Merchandise in shipments outside the US need to be governed by the local law so please check all requirements before placing an order. UPS/FedEx arrange deliveries to Canada arranged and paid by the buyer. We can assist to load the goods from our warehouse(s) for the ordered quantity. Taxes etc are responsibility of the buyer for all outside the US shipments.
